The figure below is the structure diagram of the pressure regulator, which is mainly composed of handwheel, intake pipe, upper valve cover, lower valve cover, rubber film, intake nozzle, valve gasket, a small lever, outlet pipe and other parts. In the middle of the regulator is a circular rubber film, which divides the regulator into two air chambers. There is a spring in the upper air chamber, the upper end is connected to the adjusting screw cover, and the lower end is connected to the rubber film. There is a small hole with a diameter of 0.8mm at the edge of the upper valve cover, which makes the upper air chamber communicate with the outside world. This hole is vividly called breathing hole. There is a lever made of fine brass in the lower air chamber, with a total length of about 5cm and a very sensitive rotation performance. The right end of the lever is connected with the center of the rubber film, and the left end is adhered to the valve pad and clasped on the air inlet nozzle to dampen the high-pressure petroleum gas sprayed out. The left and right ends of this lever are short left and long right from the fulcrum, which is an unequal arm lever. Its performance is characterized by: a small change in the force on the right end of the lever, which is bound to produce a large change in the force on the left end of the lever. In principle, the amplification of the force is realized; in effect, the damping effect on the high-pressure gas is increased.
