The box body of the gas pressure regulating box can be made into ordinary type or heat preservation (heating) type according to the temperament. For dry, non-water temperament (such as natural gas, etc.), can choose ordinary type box. For the water content and the temperament (such as artificial gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.) that is greatly affected by temperature changes, the heat preservation box must be selected to ensure the normal gas supply of the pressure regulating system.

Before starting the gas pressure regulating tank, confirm that the inlet and outlet valves and bypass valves are closed;

2. Remove the blind plates at both ends of the regulator;

3. Before commissioning, the external pipeline shall be purged, and the ventilation operation can be carried out only after it is confirmed that there is no mixed gas;

4. Slowly open the inlet valve, connect one end of the double-headed cock on the outlet side to the pressure gauge, and connect a hose to the other end to lead out of the box. Turn on the double-headed cock. If you hear the sound of airflow, the device is activated. At this time, the output pressure of the gas pressure regulating tank can be adjusted to the required pressure according to the display of the pressure gauge. If there is no adjustment margin between the output pressure and the required pressure, replace the corresponding pressure regulating spring and readjust the gas pressure regulating box;

5. Slowly close one end of the double-headed cock hose and observe whether the closing pressure displayed by the pressure gauge is normal. After the commissioning is qualified, slowly open the outlet valve of the gas pressure regulating tank to start gas supply; if it is abnormal, please overhaul the gas pressure regulating tank according to the operation instruction, and then supply gas after the overhaul is qualified;

6. In the two-way gas pressure regulating tank, debug the other way from step 2. After the debugging is completed, close the inlet and outlet valves of the road;

7. For the gas pressure regulating tank equipped with overpressure relief valve, adjust the overpressure relief valve after the debugging is normal. Set the bleed pressure as 1.3 times of the output pressure, and open the valves before and after the bleed valve to ensure its normal operation;

8. For gas pressure regulating box equipped with overpressure cut-off valve, the cut-off pressure shall be set at 1.5 times of the output pressure.
